F1 systems provides repair service on most any brand desktop or laptop purchased in the last 5 years. We normally recommend that computers older than 5 years old and ink jet printers are not worth repairing and should be updated.


F1 SYSTEMS excludes all other external components and Special order items from its warranty. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from alterations, assembly, negligence, accidents, misuse, abuse, improper power source, problems with electrical power, improper operating environment, or repairs and services rendered by anyone other than a service representative authorized by F1 SYSTEMS, or the manufacturer of the respective merchandise, or perils such as war, fire, theft, water or vandalism, usage not in accordance with merchandise not supplied by F1 SYSTEMS. Further, in seeking coverage under this warranty, you represent that all merchandise is genuine and unaltered. Before you seek warranty service, you will insure that the merchandise in question is free from any legal obligations and restrictions that prevent warranty service.


Defective parts will be exchanged for a like part up to 30 days from the date of our purchase and installation. After 30 days from the date of purchase, defective service parts will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s parts warranty. No refunds on service or upgrade parts.


Warranty F1 Systems technology warrants all part and labor in its computer system, (“Systems”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”), against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from date if the original F1 SYSTEMS invoice under normal use and service. A F1 SYSTEMS Computer System (“Systems”) is defined as a Computer System manufactured by F1 Systems, which is fully configured and bootable. The following components are covered for one (1) year: all internal components of the System, including keyboard, and mouse. Monitors will be warranted by F1 SYSTEMS for the first thirty (30) days, and will be provided by the original manufacturer for and remaining manufacturer warranty period, requiring shipment to the manufacturer. This warranty is valid only within the United States and applies only to merchandise which is new and in original packaging which is unopened on the date of purchase. This warranty shall be governed exclusively by the laws if the State of Wisconsin, exclusive of its choice of law’s provisions, and exclusive of any affect to the statutory rights of non-commercial consumers.


If your machine needs a part to repair it, we will contact you before ordering the part with an estimate of the cost of the part and then amount of the labor cost involved. All parts are ordered with your consent. When we order parts on your behalf, you will be charged for the parts and any associated labor cost. Our vendors will not allow us to return parts for credit. Parts replaced within the manufacturer’s warranty period may be new or refurbished and are covered by the remaining manufacturer’s warranty, or for no less than 90 days.

For non-warranty work, parts may be new or refurbished, and are warranted for 90 days from the date of the repair. Exchange parts must be facilitated by F1 Systems.


First come, first served; first in, first out. We make every effort to troubleshoot every machine that enters our shop within 24 hrs. However, due to periods of increased workload it may take longer to contact you with a diagnosis. A time estimate will be given when you drop your machine off.

Due to space limitations, we request that you pick up your equipment promptly.
